What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of related experience, 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, new hire orientation experience, hands on floor training experience, MS Office at an intermediate level, Basic Math
Nice to Have
Power equipment experience strongly preferred, Exposure to Accumax preferred

Design and develop training programs
Create engaging training materials
Ensure training content is up-to-date
Facilitate training sessions
Utilize interactive teaching methods
Assess training effectiveness
Collaborate to identify skill gaps
Collect feedback from participants
Report on training outcomes
Maintain records of training activities
Coordinate logistics for training sessions
