About the Role: We are seeking an Operations Technology but until that happens, you must be comfortable being the primary technical resource in support of Lola’s operations. This role will report directly to the Head of Operations. Core Responsibilities Customer Order Visibility investigate exceptions and escalate findings with proposed operational impact and solutions. Own the technical investigation and resolution of anomalies, partnering effectively with internal and external counterparts to understand, resolve, and prevent recurrence. Work with the Operations team, vendors, and others to develop SOPs for how Lola can respond to technical risks that cannot be eliminated.
