Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations, Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE, Work in a variety of conditions, including extreme temperatures, loud areas, and confined spaces, Lift up to 50 lbs (team lift for heavier loads), Perform physical tasks like standing, walking, climbing, bending, and squatting for extended periods, Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts, with proper PPE, Use hand tools regularly, Be available for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty, Expect 10–12 hour shifts with potential overtime, Travel between locations with occasional overnight stays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record, Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations, Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE, Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Nice to Have
6+ months of operations experience, or internship with Associate degree, 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas, 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in oil & gas, 6+ years of operations experience with similar equipment or Associate degree preferred
