ensure critical healthcare shifts are filled across Australia; ensure our healthcare clients receive seamless after-hours support; keep teams motivated to hit their goals
Industry & Context.
Manage escalations and complex bookings in a calm and solutions-focused manner
rotating roster across weekdays and weekends, Night Duty shifts (10:30pm – 7:30am) on an as-needed basis
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
demonstrated experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role, experience in customer service, call centre, workforce planning or recruitment settings
Nice to Have
experience in customer service, call centre, workforce planning or recruitment settings
What You'll Do.
Lead and coach a high-performing After Hours team
Ensure critical healthcare shifts are filled through smart rostering
Manage escalations and complex bookings in a calm and solutions-focused manner
training and capability development within the team
Identify and action process improvements and operational growth
Stay hands-on by jumping on the phones when needed
