As an Operations Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team of Production Technologists responsible for the manufacture and packaging of solid oral dosage products. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive operational excellence by ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of production objectives, with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, People Development, and Continuous Improvement. **How you will contribute:** **Leadership & People Development** * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Technologists, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning. * Support team members in achieving their full potential through effective performance management, regular feedback, and development planning. * Create an inclusive and positive work environment that empowers employees to contribute, innovate, and deliver outstanding results. * Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership within the production area to ensure operational goals are achieved safely and efficiently. **Operational Excellence** * Ensure consistent execution of the weekly production schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and productivity. * Monitor operational performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions. * Collaborate
