Must Have
Experience as a field grade officer, including Warrant Officer W-4 or 5 or Sergeant Major E9, Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major, Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Experience with Army and Joint regulation and publications, Top Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree, Completion of Military Education Level 4 (MEL4), CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC)
Nice to Have
Experience as a Colonel O-6 or above, Experience serving on Division or Corps level staff positions, Master's degree, Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Graduate of War College, such as MEL1 or equivalent
