Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field required., 5+ years of experience in operations systems or business analysis, 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical or analytical teams., 3+ years experience with project VPM experience preferred, Proven success leading cross‑functional system implementations or enhancements., understanding of operational workflows, system integrations, and data structures., Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills., Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements., communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP) preferred., Demonstrated experience applying Lean principles to improve processes and system workflows, preferred.
