What You'll Do.
Supporting Patient Financial Services in daily operations
Explanation of Benefits review
Perform all job-related duties as assigned
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
Update patient address in client system
Posting correspondence in client system
Outgoing Mail Processes
Document and distribute all business-related requests and correspondence from patients and insurance companies
Complete all incoming and outgoing faxes for Patient Financial Services
Process all outgoing correspondence daily
Retrieve and complete all designated requests
Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner
Communicate to Guidehouse management areas of concern or areas of improvement
Complete all internal requests
Complete all copying and printing requests for Patient Financial Services
Update patient demographic and insurance information
Perform special projects to identify

**_Job Family_ :** Patient Account Representative ** _Travel Required_ :** None ** _Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do:_** The **Operations and Support Representative** is responsible for supporting Patient Financial Services in daily operations, reporting, Explanation of Benefits review, and special projects. This position will also perform all job-related duties as assigned. _**This position will be based at the Centralized Business Office and work onsite Monday through Friday in San Marcos, CA.
