What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of diploma / GED, 0-2+ years work experience in a business, retail, customer service setting
Nice to Have
PC skills in a Windows environment, Knowledge and utilization of desktop applications to include Word and Excel is helpful, Ability to initiate and follow through on projects and work independently
What You'll Do.
Supporting Patient Financial Services in daily operations
Explanation of Benefits review
Perform all job-related duties as assigned
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
Update patient address in client system
Posting correspondence in client system
Outgoing Mail Processes
Document and distribute all business-related requests and correspondence from patients and insurance companies
Complete all incoming and outgoing faxes for Patient Financial Services
Process all outgoing correspondence daily
Retrieve and complete all designated requests
Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner
Communicate to Guidehouse management areas of concern or areas of improvement
Complete all internal requests
Complete all copying and printing requests for Patient Financial Services
Update patient demographic and insurance information
Perform special projects to identify
payer specific issues
