**Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates** **Job Role:** Operations Support / Dispatch Monitor[](https://www.masterfreightexpress.com) **Compensation:** $1,300 AUD/month **Engagement type:** Independent Contractor **Work Schedule:** This is a remote role supporting a 24/7 transport operation. Shifts will rotate across different schedules to ensure continuous coverage. The client is currently restructuring operations to improve staff retention, productivity, and work-life balance, with plans to move away from extended 12 hour / 7 day schedules. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required. **Who We Are:** At Hunt St, we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home. **Who The Client Is:** The client is an Australian transport and logistics company operating a 24/7 freight and dispatch business. They manage driver coordination, equipment tracking, and time sensitive delivery requests. The business is currently rebuilding its operations team after issues with missed jobs and poor follow up, with a focus on improving responsiveness, communication, and overall dispatch efficiency. They are expanding their remote support team with Filipino talent to strengthen round the clock coverage and operational reliability. **About the Role** The Operations Support / Dispatch Monitor role is a full time remote position responsible for supporting live dispatch operations. You will follow up with drivers via WhatsApp and mobile phone calls to monitor job progress, respond quickly to incoming client requests, and ensure all tasks are properly coordinated and completed on time.
