What You'll Do.
Open/update & close accounts
Dormant accounts monitoring
Manage risks associated with BSA/AML and OFAC Regulations
Prioritize and delegate work
Ensure staff output satisfies process requirements
Approve daily entries/transactions
and resolve discrepancies
Implement and monitor cost-effective action plans
Ensure compliance with regulations
Ensure staff trained on daily tasks
Ensure proper and timely escalations
Prepare statistical reports
Monitor customer documents
work papers and reports
Report and resolve discrepancies
Evaluate existing procedures
Implement cost-effective methods to improve productivity
Ensure PCs & Systems operating within specifications

The Operations Support Analyst is responsible for managing within the Money Transfer Department (MTD)/Deposit Services Unit all the activities relating to the Account Management section: 1) Open/update & close accounts 2) Rate maintenance 3) Time Deposits 4) Inactive accounts 5) Dormant accounts monitoring, and 6) Effectively manage risks associated with BSA/AML and OFAC Regulations In this capacity, the incumbent is expected to demonstrate the required skills to effectively, prioritize and delegate work. Identify and resolve productivity, efficiency, and quality issues that hinder operations.
