Must Have
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, 2+ years of program or project management experience, 1+ years of supply chain experience, Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level, Knowledge of SQL
Nice to Have
2+ years of supply chain experience, 3+ years of program or project management experience, Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology, Experience in requirement gathering, Ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Identify root causes through comprehensive data analysis
Compile and deliver reports on investigation findings
Evaluate shipments for potential in-transit loss
Initiate formal investigations when warranted
Manage team labor planning
Manage resource allocation across investigation verticals
Develop and implement new investigation procedures
Enhance cargo protection
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Drive process improvements
Detect in-transit theft
Lead initiatives to improve track and trace capabilities
Manage investigation workflows
Ensure timely resolution of cargo integrity concerns
