Requires driving, Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion, Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking, Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, up and down stairs, Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time, Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative, Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access, Background check and E-Verify will be conducted
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of custodial, janitorial, or facilities operations experience required, Valid driver’s license required, Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access, Must be able to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance, Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative, such as a U. S. passport or military ID, in accordance with the REAL ID Act
Nice to Have
1+ year of supervisory or lead experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide hands-on supervision
and safety-focused work environment
Oversee daily custodial field operations
and performance management
Conduct regular quality control inspections
Attend safety meetings and reinforce compliance
Investigate and resolve employee issues
Serve as a field leader and customer point of contact
Collaborate with customers and internal leadership
Assist with administrative functions
Maintain accurate records
Safely operate and oversee janitorial equipment
Support floor care and custodial duties
Partner with vocational and support staff
Maintain flexibility to work varied schedules
