KBR’s areas of expertise include engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity. **The Operations Supervisor will:** The Operations Supervisor supports KBR’s Saipan Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) mission by providing onsite operational oversight, coordination, and execution monitoring across multiple workstreams. Embedded within the KBR Program Management Office (PMO), this position ensures contractor and subcontractor activities are executed in accordance with tasking, schedule, safety, and quality requirements while maintaining alignment with KBR leadership, government stakeholders, and emergency response partners. The Operations Supervisor serves as a key onsite integrator—tracking work progress, validating task execution, identifying risks and issues, and supporting rapid decision-making in a dynamic disaster response environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Oversight & Coordination** * Provide day-to-day onsite oversight of ongoing HADR operational activities, including logistics, base operations, power, facilities, life support services, debris removal, and other emergency response functions as directed. * Monitor execution of work performed by subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, safety standards, and contract requirements. * Verify work progress, completion status, and operational readiness; report discrepancies or performance concerns to PMO leadership. * Support coordination between KBR functional teams (operations, logistics, procurement, safety, quality) and external stakeholders.
