This role provides direct operational support to field teams, tracks and reports performance metrics, and collaborates with regional operations teams to ensure consistency. The position includes leveraging specialized skills to streamline projects and processes while participating in talent acquisition and onboarding of technical staff. ## ## **Key Responsibilities** **Operations Leadership** Communicate owner/landlord processes to engineering teams and contractors performing building infrastructure work. Identify, implement, and execute updates to policies, procedures, and best practices. Partner with EH&S and account management to identify safety hazards and ensure safe work environments. Manage refrigerant purchases and tracking compliance. **Reporting & Performance Management** Gather and compile data for business reporting requirements. Track and monitor SLA performance metrics. Manage work orders and NTE (Not-to-Exceed) approvals in CMMS systems. Oversee budget planning and forecasting processes. **People Leadership** Direct operations, staffing, performance, and development of technical teams. Conduct performance reviews and ensure comp
