We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Battery Storage Operations Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of our cutting-edge battery storage systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and optimal performance of our energy storage assets. Responsibilities: Manage on site day-to-day operations of battery storage facilities, including monitoring system performance and coordinating maintenance activities and contractors; Develop and implement site specific operational strategies to maximize system uptime and efficiency; Collaborate with commercial operations, asset management, engineering, and project teams to optimize battery storage design and integration with renewable energy sources; Ensure compliance with safety, commercial obligations, environmental, and regulatory requirements; Oversee the training and development of operations staff, ensuring a high level of competency and adherence to operational procedures; Monitor and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings; Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and key metrics; Other duties
