What You'll Do.
Direct assigned hourly team members in assigned areas of the site necessary to the manufacture
package and shipment of fasteners.
Responsible for compliance to safety policies & procedures
production and housekeeping standards.
Focus upon lean manufacturing
Ensures safe and healthy working conditions and instituting measures to reduce or eliminate industrial accidents and health hazards and compliance with company safety rules and OSHA regulations.
Maintains good departmental safety consistent with the site goals and objectives.
Maintains continuing emphasis on good housekeeping.
Organizes and proactively manage their team to ensure meeting production and delivery expectations while maximizing available labor
experience and capabilities.
Continued focus upon team cross training and skill diversity.
