Nice to Have

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Engineering or related field and/or Honorable Discharge from The United States Military as an NCO or higher rank

What You'll Do.

manage and develop a team of 25 to 30 ShipMonk Associates

Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team
