Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 7 years of technical experience in building engineering with expertise in packaged HVAC equipment repair, refrigeration, maintenance, and overall system design and application, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo or similar), Understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and building automation, organizational and management capabilities, Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills with customer service focus, analytical abilities and attention to detail, Effective business writing and verbal communication, Ability to multi-task and work independently or collaboratively, Adaptable to dynamic work environments and change management, Valid Driver's License, Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification

Nice to Have

8+ years of building engineering operations experience, Previous management or supervisory experience in commercial real estate or facilities management, Experience with budget management and financial forecasting, Trade-specific certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), Safety certifications (OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR), Building operator or facilities management credentials, Familiarity with JLL systems and processes, Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives

You'll provide direct operational support to field teams, track and report performance metrics, and collaborate with fellow Operations Managers to ensure regional consistency.
