University Degree, 2 years of prior relevant experience, Experience leading teams in manufacturing, Demonstration of KPI management, Experience managing production flow, Experience leading Lean projects, Knowledge of ERP systems, U. S. Citizen status

Experience in aerospace manufacturing, Leadership of Lean projects with results, Working knowledge of SAP, Experience in AS9100 environments, EHS compliance experience, Structured quality systems experience, Problem-solving experience using RCCA, Data-driven root cause analysis
