Support store management team

Ensure store operations run smoothly
Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures
and follow up on crew activities
Communicate information to and from management and crews
Assist customers with questions
Promote CVS customer service culture
Handle customer relations issues
Provide personalized customer service feedback and coaching
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
Support planning and execution of merchandise displays
Support planning and execution of off-shelf merchandise display
