The Opportunity Our Lysaght business has an opportunity to join our Rockhampton QLD Operations team as an Operations Supervisor. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects. Working the day shift, Monday to Friday, you will lead a great team, focussing on delivering exceptional service, developing collaborative working relationships and championing safety initiatives as well as improving productivity for the warehouse. In this hands-on role, you will lead and provide guidance, supporting the team in the operations, scheduling, machine operation and maintenance. You’ll lead by example ensuring our products are delivered on time for our customers and your safety and that of the team are never compromised. What Will You Do? Leading our warehouse team members, you will be: * leading and supervising our operations area including product scheduling, machine operation and maintenance * promoting a customer focused culture underpinned with processing accuracy and quality * supporting and assist your team with daily operations * identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and mitigate risk - striving for on time delivery for our customers * ensuring safety standards are continuously evolving, championing change when risks and opportunities are identified * growing and mentoring your team for their continued development and success More About You As an enthusias
