The Opportunity BlueScope Distribution is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the team based in Hobart. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best. In this hands-on role, you will be leading and providing guidance to a team of experienced warehouse team members at our Hobart site. You’ll lead by example ensuring our products are delivered on time for our customers and your safety and that of the team are never compromised. Work Monday to Friday, with typical hours of 6:00am - 2:30pm, allowing for a good work/life balance. Enjoy an attractive salary package and participation in our annual profit share program (bonus).
