Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Work schedule is back end sortation, from Wednesday to Saturday. Amazon Operations and Distribution is a 24/7 environment and shifts may change due to business needs.

Must Have
Experience in warehouse operations. Experience in logistics. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Nice to Have
Experience managing teams. Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
What You'll Do.
Drive innovation and ensure effective execution within transportation networks.
Monitor team attendance and workflow, identify and resolve issues.
Foster a health and safety culture.
Conduct staff debriefs.
Allocate tasks to staff.
Ensure adequate staffing levels.
Support onboarding and training of new associates.
Track, analyze, and report Exchange Point metrics.
Monitor and report on associate hours and schedules.
Address and resolve process-related issues.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Operations Shift Manager and Delivery Station Manager in driving innovation, ensuring effective execution, tracking, analyzing, and reporting Exchange Point metrics, and identifying and understanding factors contributing to the achievement or shortfall of Exchange Point objectives.
