Assist in daily oversight and management

Ensure paperwork is completed accurately
Perform duties in line with SOPs
Allocate tasks to staff
Meet daily performance targets
Ensure adequate staffing levels
Manage call outs for training
Monitor department productivity
Support onboarding of new associates
Support training of new associates
Track Exchange Point metrics
Analyze Exchange Point metrics
Report Exchange Point metrics
Identify factors contributing to objectives
Understand factors contributing to objectives
Monitor associate hours
Monitor associate schedules
Resolve process-related issues
Ensure timely reporting of equipment defects
Ensure accurate reporting of equipment defects
