What You'll Do.
Supervise employees and contractors
Manage daily operation
Ensure safety guidelines and policies are upheld
Ensure production SOPs are upheld
Meet production schedules
and processes to personnel
Assess and record training
Develop action plans to eliminate gaps
Assist to hire employees
Assist to transfer employees
Assist to promote employees
Assist to discharge employees
Assist to delegate assignments
Identify practices that are/are not working
Make recommendations to sustain/correct
Aid to resolve matters
Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports
Counsel direct reports
Support developmental success
Support colleagues to reach full potential
Provide corrective action when necessary
Ensure team member engagement
