Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years related work experience in Food Manufacturing, 3-5 years of experience in a Supervisory role, Adherence to safety, GMP and efficiency standards, Solid math skills, Sound mechanical aptitude, Keen attention to detail, Excellent problem-solving skills, Sense of urgency

Nice to Have

Experience in a bakery with high-speed wrapping and cartoning equipment is a plus

What You'll Do.

Supervise team members in the value stream

Ensure quality and safety of food products

Ensure safety of team members

Maintain housekeeping within the value stream

Adhere to the production schedule

Minimize scrap (food waste)

Optimize line efficiencies

Manage efforts of team members on one shift

Implement changes in methods

Create and execute reliability strategy for area of

Coach team members to build capabilities

Drive accountability in safety

Quality and Food Safety

staffing and resources for line operation

Ensure standard work is implemented on shift

Ensure safe working conditions

Ensure ongoing production of safe and defect-free products

Champion quality goals and improvements

Manage team member relations issues

Guide and direct hiring

Facilitate and drive high team member engagement

Establish line and individual performance standards and goals
