Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or processing industry, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business or other 4-year degree, Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, Influential and flexible leadership with experience encouraging and championing a diverse workforce, Ability to lead the team and develop the team, Building of culture of ownership, engagement, and empowerment, Willing and able to take on ownership of the production center and the team, Forward-thinking regarding continuous improvement plans (Hoshin), Able to encourage and enable leadership development among their team, Sound understanding/experience of project management working to cost and schedule metrics, Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, A minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience with responsibility for labor issues within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a union environment
