**Job Functions** * Ensures receipt of correct Client/Logistic operation and documentation instruction. * Prepares and distributes operation plan. Ensure OSS fully understands and implements the plan. * Reviews operational processes and recommends implementation for continuous improvement in receiving, storage, loading and documentation. * Evaluates work order request and material requisition and reviews with OM. * Controls permit system for equipment isolation, permit preparation, release of permit and equipment return to service. * Ensures that all items listed in L-OPD-004 are calibrated on time. * Review and safe keep of operating records to maintain standards, investigate irregularities and anomalies. * Participate in Fire and Safety programs and exercises for terminal personnel including use of all terminal equipment. * Respond immediately to Fire/Emergency calls as per Emergency Response Plan. * Ensures safe work practices by operations personnel. * Controls absenteeism and overtime. Carries out other reasonable duties as requested by his superiors. * Assist in commissioning activities to facilitate a smooth transition to operations while minimizing operational disruptions. * Manage Department CAPEX and OPEX expenditures responsibly, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and cost-control measures. * Contribute to the achievement of departmental training objectives by supporting the implementation of the OPD Training Manual, as well as HSSE and HR internal and external training programs. * Assume the responsibilities of the Operations Shift Supervisor during periods of training, leave, or other absences to ensure continuity of operations.
