What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, Long-standing experience in operations strategy, manufacturing strategy, management consulting, or senior operations roles within a regulated or industrial environment, Deep end-to-end value chain expertise across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality in an industrial or regulated environment, preferably Life Science, Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholder engagement, analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive strategic and operational decisions, Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Nice to Have
Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industries, Experience working with continuous improvement frameworks and large-scale transformation programs
