What You'll Do.
Arrange room/facilities for schedule
Manage facility/venue renting procedure
Control schedule and venue availability
Manage canteen and FB vendor
Arrange school shuttle bus
Arrange operational car & taxi
Provide and arrange school and office daily needs
Support Academic team for material needs
Provide and arrange students’ needs
Arrange airplane & hotel for business trip
Create transaction in Oracle system
Maintain building facilities
Manage cleaner outsource
Manage security cleaner outsource
Manage other outside vendor
Plan and monitor maintenance schedule
Do daily walkaround in all property area
Take good care of stocks
Maintain inventory and supplies
Do Stock Opname process
Control budget vs actual
Assist Academic to create PR
