We are looking for an Operations Specialist - Driver Early-Life Engagement to join the Local Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the driver journey from registration through their first 30 days on the platform. You will play a key role in improving registration and activation speed, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing driver engagement and retention during the most critical stages of the lifecycle. About the role You will be responsible for the efficiency and quality of all operations related to driver registration, activation, and early-life engagement. You will identify opportunities to improve the driver journey, optimize the registration-to-activation funnel, and drive initiatives that accelerate first trips and maximize engagement during the first 30 days. You will work cross-functionally to remove operational bottlenecks, improve conversion and retention, and ensure successful initiatives can be scaled across markets.
