Must Have
Working in an operational environment with a focus on customer service and operational process improvements (2-3 years of experience)
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s environmental/sustainability discipline is a plus, Knowledge of Automation tools/AI is a plus, Data analysis & mapping is a plus, Exposure to carbon markets, environmental markets, and energy markets.
What You'll Do.
Review environmental projects and credit issuances
Review transfers and retirement of credits
Facilitate accounting processes
Client liaison and support services
Document classification/tagging
Quality assurance of digitization processes
Maintain client engagement and support services
Assist in the review of processes
Provide input and feedback in process design
Assist the team in invoice reconciliations
Development of training materials
Conduct training for program participants
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
