Manage live workforce operations on a fast-moving scheduling platform
Ensure shifts are filled
Ensure workers are activated
Ensure clients receive reliable service in real time
Oversee the full shift lifecycle
Own the end-to-end shift fulfillment process
Respond quickly to incoming client staffing requests
Assign professionals to open shifts and confirm availability
Ensure shifts are fully covered on time
Coordinate replacements for last-minute cancellations or no-shows
and active shift activity
Follow up immediately on late arrivals
and schedule conflicts
Communicate directly with workers
Resolve operational issues in real time while maintaining service quality
Onboard and activate professionals on the platform
Maintain ongoing communication to improve workforce reliability
Build relationships with active professionals
Help maintain workforce engagement and retention
Keep operational systems and trackers updated accurately
Maintain clean documentation across workflows and shift activity

### **Operations Specialist (Workforce Operations & Scheduling) – Remote** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours ### **About the Role** At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Operations Specialist to manage live workforce operations on a fast-moving scheduling platform. This is not a traditional admin or support role. You’ll operate at the center of daily execution — ensuring shifts are filled, workers are activated, attendance is monitored, and clients receive reliable service in real time.
