Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, Previous experience supporting retail or banking construction management projects, understanding of the unique requirements and compliance considerations in financial services real estate, Familiarity with industry-specific compliance requirements, procurement processes, and documentation standards within corporate or financial services environments, Experience with construction project closeout procedures, including final documentation compilation, warranty tracking, and lessons learned documentation, Exposure to process improvement methodologies or experience identifying and implementing operational efficiencies within project delivery teams, Basic understanding of construction contracts, change order management, and vendor performance evaluation processes, Comfort with data visualization tools and reporting platforms that support client-facing presentations and executive-level communications
