Full Job Description
Overview The Client Service team connects Guidepoint’s clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours. Who We Are: Team-oriented and collaborative Hard-working professionals who strive for excellence Hands-on leadership to help you develop your career and provide opportunities for upward mobility within Guidepoint What YOU will own: Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm telephone consultations Leave messages and follow up with Advisors to expedite scheduling projects Maintain an updated status of client telephone consultations Communicate with advisors and convince them to participate phone consultations Qualify Advisors via questionnaire to confirm if they are appropriate for consultations Understand and interpret client compliance restrictions and proactively apply them in advisor communications Follow multiple work streams to help Project Managers track progress on projects Assist with ad-hoc requests Experience YOU will bring: 1-3 years of previous work experience dealing in a high call volume environment Skills YOU will bring: Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills required Strong aptitude for developing systems of organization Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task Ability to work as part of an international team and independently Excellent sense of urgency and responsiveness WHAT WE OFFER: You will also be eligible for the following benefits: Gain opportunities to master core career skills, including multi-tasking, interpersonal skills, time management, and more.
