Main tasks and responsibilities: Create and Optimize Processes: Identify the most efficient ways to run operations. Collaborate: Work with local operations and HQ teams to streamline processes and suggest improvements. Supply Management: Manage the driver acquisition, conversion, and activation processes autonomously. Data Analysis: Monitor supply performance, quality, and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilization. Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and solve operational challenges. Partnership Building: Form bonds with local businesses to enhance demand and support supply growth. About you: You have 4+ years of experience in Operations, Startup, or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malay You are highly analytical and have a data-dri
