Must Have

working knowledge of retail banking operations, regulatory compliance, and policies related to client service, new accounts, and teller functions, A client-first mindset with a focus on process improvement and quality control, Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy, 3+ years of relevant banking experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet-based tools, Comfort using banking software applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with listening abilities, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
