What You'll Do.
Oversee management of operational care technology service
Manage referrals for the service
Manage partner organisations
Coordinate partner organisations
Drive continuous improvement
Meet operational KPIs
Manage the service delivery team
Proactively identify potential risks
Develop mitigation plans
Address privacy issues
Address security issues
Address usability issues
Collaborate with Finance and Performance Manager
Ensure accuracy of service performance reports
Conduct data analysis
Identify areas for improvement
Identify impact of interventions
Identify impact of changes
Lead operational engagement with service user groups
Direct delivery of Quality Assurance Programme
Ensure QA meets contractual standards
Ensure QA meets regulatory standards
Manage assigned projects
