Develop and apply mathematical models and optimization techniques to improve intelligence operational efficiency
Conduct systematic analyses of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose evidence‑based solutions
Create discrete‑event simulations to model complex operational scenarios and assess alternative courses of action
Apply decision analysis techniques to support risk assessment and strategic planning under uncertainty
Develop and maintain Measures of Performance (MOPs)
Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs)
and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Evaluate system performance against established metrics using rigorous quantitative methods
Prepare detailed analytical reports
and visualizations that communicate complex findings to technical and non‑technical audiences
Brief analytical results to senior leadership to support data‑driven decision‑making
