Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another relevant STEM field, Minimum THREE (3) years of relevant experience, Proven experience in developing and applying quantitative models, decision support tools, or BCA methodologies, Proficiency with data analysis, Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
Nice to Have
Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling, Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, including defining requirements for configurable software, Experience developing or working with database schemas and API specifications, Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, analytical and problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt to new challenges, Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting complex technical concepts and presenting findings, Interest in AI/ML applications, optimization, and simulation for industrial processes, ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance
