What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, At least 5 years of experience in project management, facilities management, or similar roles, Proven experience delivering complex projects, Experience managing external consultants and contractors in an industrial or manufacturing environment, Ability to lead and influence cross functional teams without direct authority
