This role will take overall responsibility for managing the planning, design, and delivery of the site, working closely with both local and global stakeholders to ensure the facility meets Moog’s business, operational, and technical requirements. You will play a key role in turning Moog’s investment strategy into a fully operational facility, ready to support long‑term growth in the Philippines. The Business Transformation Manager reports to the Global Operations Transformation Manager and will act as the main point of coordination between Moog and external consultants involved in the project. As the Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for: * Lead the delivery of a manufacturing facility * Manage the day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of external consultants, including architects, MEP engineers, and building / fit‑out consultants. * Manage the overall project schedule, high‑level budget, and key milestones, ensuring delivery is on time and within agreed cost. * Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, IT, and other stakeholders. * Ensure the facility design and execution align with Moog standards, local regulations, and operational requirements. * Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and es
