Background in software, automation, or AI system management, Technical proficiency with tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms, Hands-on familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and the principles of effective prompt design, project management skills with a proven ability to organize multiple workstreams, Excellent English communication skills with a professional, confident, and clear speaking presence, Ability to work comfortably within EST business hours, A "solution-oriented" mindset with the technical literacy to discuss AI architecture with both developers and clients, Previous experience in an agency environment or a high-growth startup, Advanced experience with API integrations and webhooks, Familiarity with CRM architecture and lead lifecycle management
