What You'll Achieve.
achieve desired results; identify areas of improved efficiencies / cost savings; ensure regulatory compliance; measure performance of our construction division

Ability to travel outside of the office 20% of the time for periodic corporate meetings and market visits, Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands, Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations or Project Management, organizational and time management skills, Ability to collaborate amongst multiple departments and levels across the organization, Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role, Excellent computer skills, Takes initiative in identifying issues for resolution/improvement
Nice to Have
preferably in a supervisory or managerial role, Preference in making data-driven decisions
What You'll Do.
Provide project tracking and status updates
Conduct market follow ups and assist in trouble shooting
Continually review Operational / Safety processes
Partner with Finance to enhance financial reporting
and improvement of software
Track market safety compliance
Operations / Safety in review and maintenance of CCO safety manual
Coordinate with Regional Operations Leaders to catalog and share Operational Best Practices
Partner with Corporate Operations
Structure & Design and Finance to develop and provide Key Metrics
Coordinate new operational / safety equipment evaluations
Track and manage vehicle needs
Other related tasks as needed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Corporate, Regional and Market leadership; Ability to collaborate amongst multiple departments and levels across the organization; Partner with Finance; Support the rollout, training, adoption, and improvement of new and existing software / systems utilized by Operations teams; Collaborate with VP, Operations / Safety; Coordinate with Regional Operations Leaders; Partner with Corporate Operations, Structure & Design and Finance; Coordinate new operational / safety equipment evaluations with Regional Operations Leaders
Communication Scope
Effective Communicator: Ensuring that all necessary information cascades to the appropriate parties
Process & Methodology
Provide project tracking and status updates on Operations / Safety related initiatives, Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
