Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Main responsibilities:** The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective application of contracts, commercial policies and execution of the distributor model in relevant market(s), tenders and private sales involving close coordination with the local supply chain, managing importations, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and aligning delivery plans with customer needs. * Support Head of Operations for key commercial activities including tender management, commercial policy, key stakeholder management, distributors’ management, and performance management * Collaborate with cross functions, design timely and accurate analyses to measure and monitor relevant key performance indicators related to the organization's priorities. * Identify projects issues/ business problems and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality * Identify business risks and develop mitigation
