What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years management experience, Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Experience leading and developing associates, Ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics, Ability to read, write, speak and understand English, Valid unrestricted driver’s license, Clean driving record last 3 years, Ability to maintain high volume and high-quality content, Ability to work overtime and on weekends, Ability to walk up to three miles each day, Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, Requires use of safety equipment
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive or lean manufacturing environment

Oversee day-to-day operations
Provide mentoring and accountability
Participate in development and execution of strategic plans
Ensure adherence to operating standards
Create a work and team environment
Maintain supervisory staff
Ensure progression path training and certification processes are
Train and mentor leads and associates
Ensure adequate production capacity levels
Assist with production planning
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
Provide vision and guidance to reconditioning team
Engage team regarding quality
production and cost objectives
Participate in problem solving efforts
Lead continuous improvement efforts
