4-year college degree, PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages, Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics

1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience
What You'll Do.
Support shop management process
Assist in cost savings
Assist in customer retention
Assist in metric-based initiatives
Work cross functionally across Operations
and Rental Management
Acquire industry knowledge
Manage a heavy-duty truck repair shop
Provide quality customer interface
Proactive customer management
Ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with rental department
Ensure maximum utilization
Partner with Sales staff
Manage maintenance overheads
Ensure policy and processes are followed
Optimize running costs
Optimize maintenance overhead
Coordinate with Maintenance
Ensure accurate PM scheduling
Follow up on breakdowns
Oversee Technician work planning
Ensure Technician efficiency
Ensure Technician training
Ensure Technician flexibility
Relocation within the business unit
Perform other duties as assigned

Team & Collaboration
Work cross functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management; Partner with Sales staff on customer calls; Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing
