Must Have
Associate's degree with 3 years of environmental services experience, Two 2 years of environmental/hospitality management experience in a health care environment, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Services, Facilities Management, or a related equivalent experience, A minimum of 7 years of Environmental Services experience may be substituted for the degree requirement, A minimum of 1-2 years of Environmental Services leadership experience required

Develop team of Environmental Services Managers
Ensure proper departmental operations regarding work schedules
Ensure proper departmental operations regarding hours
Ensure proper departmental operations regarding areas of work
Ensure proper departmental operations regarding job duties
Perform daily inspections to ensure quality
Perform daily inspections to ensure consistency
Collaborate with department leadership to achieve goals
Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve goals
Conduct staff meetings
Communicate with members of other departments to coordinate
Schedule major project work
Assure adequate staff are available for projects
Assure adequate supplies are available for projects
Assist unit director with budget
Analyze data to meet facility budget
Analyze data to meet compliance goals
Adjust operations to meet facility budget

Interview housekeeping personnel
Select housekeeping personnel
Hire housekeeping personnel
Evaluate housekeeping personnel
Recommend termination of housekeeping personnel
