Why this role matters The Operations Manager is responsible for managing high-impact projects that drive operational excellence, specifically focusing on data consistency and reliability across incidents, issues across all environments, daily cases, and problems. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), to manage business-as-usual (BAU) target processes, deliver continuous improvement projects on time, and ensure that underlying issues are systematically uncovered and resolved. The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free. What you'll actually do Hold and facilitate structured post-incident reviews (PIRs) and RCA meetings to identify the root causes of major or repetitive incidents. Utilize methodologies like the "5 Whys" and fishbone diagrams to ensure investigations target the actual cause rather than perceived symptoms. Work closely with SREs to seamlessly integrate incident and problem management into a cohesive workflow. Support the demands of modern software environments by helping SRE teams track reliability metrics, manage error budgets, and align Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Maintain data consistency across the IT environment by leveraging Configuration Management Systems (CMS) and CMDB integrations.
